Hi everyone!!!I'm Katerina and I am a lecturer and a trainer. I've worked in the fields of higher education, non-formal education, private companies, business consulting as well as managing Learning & Development processes, within the framework of HRM. I've run a private training center for several years and I believe in the power of will, passion, inspiration, self-development and dreams. I've studied British & American Studies, International Relations, Public Administration and Human Resource Management. I'm also a certified Business Soft Skills & Business English trainer.I love teaching and training because I do think that knowledge should be shared in order to have a value and that it is the role of the instructor/trainer to bring out the best in people and facilitate them in their journey towards achieving their goals, handling challenges and make best use of their potential and talents. In such a fast moving world, I always try to keep myself updated and I love exchanging ideas with colleagues and students. I do agree with Alvin Toffler who says that,“The illiterate of the 21st century will not be those who cannot read and write,but those who cannot learn, unlearn, and relearn". Thus,I always remind myself to challenge my assumptions and move forward.
